Why are the cards cheaper than on the high-street?
The main reason why are card are cheaper than those found on the high street is we have less overheads, however, there is NO compromise on quality. Our cards maybe slightly dearer than others on the web, however, we feel they have been competitively priced to reflect their individualism and quality. Remembering of course our cards have been designed and individually made using quality card stock and materials,.

Do you supply samples?
Yes, we do provide samples to trade customers only .

In addtion wedding stationery samples are available at £3.00 each, which is deducted from final order.

Do the card come with an envelope?
Yes, every card comes with an envelope, usually white, but some are matching.

Do the cards have plastic wrappers over them?
Wedding stationey because of the larger quantities do not come in wrappers, they are wrapped in acid free tissue paper and in some cases boxed (dependent on order size) Our greeting card ranges, do come in their own cellophane wrapper, to ensure that it is kept in the best of condition

How long does it take to get the cards after ordering?
Greeting Cards- We try to deliver within 4/5 working days, if it’s a big order it may take a little longer but we will contact you to make arrangements to suit you. However, if you have left things a little late, we can make special arrangements, please contact to discuss. Wedding Stationery:- These take 5/8 weeks on acceptance of proofs and reciept of final payment

Absolutely, however, there is a small additional charge for this service of 25p.

Payments can be made by debit/credit card (Nochex & Paypal) or by cheque. Payment is required prior to your order being dispatched. We will send you an email confirming the order and the cost including post and packaging.

Why are most of the greeting cards blank?
Only a very few of the cards have messages on them, most are blank as, in our opinion, it makes them suitable for you to use for any and all occasion.If you have a message that you would like included, just let us know what it is when you place your order.

Can the card be customised?
Absolutely, we offer a bespokedesign service and can accomodat most needs. We will put any message on the card that you wish when you order.

If your required "Happy Birthday Caroline" to be added to the card and it doesn't fit we would probably put "Caroline" on the front and "Happy Birthday" on the inside we make sure that it looks just right and the card is balanced. Of course we would contact you first if there was a problem..

I have a poem I want to include as a verse can you do that?
We can produce an insert to fit inside any card with the poem typed in a font that will match the theme of the card - price on request and dependent on requirements. Visit our selection of poems

What happens after I have placed an order?
In all cases we will confirm the order, for wedding stationery we will send proof copy and further notice will be sent once item has been dispatched.

What if I don’t like the card when it’s delivered?
This hasn't happened as yet but should the occasion arise, should you be dissatisfied with the card when it arrives, please contact us to discuss. Please read our terms.
